By using the FieldIQ mobile application and services ("Service") provided by NexReach ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FieldIQ is an intelligence platform for Physician Liaisons, healthcare representatives, and care coordinators. It includes clinic management, visit tracking, AI-powered insights, route planning, team collaboration, and analytics features.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select (monthly or annual). Trial periods may apply. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Individual accounts and invited team members are billed via in-app purchase (App Store or Google Play), managed through RevenueCat. Team Owner corporate accounts purchase team subscriptions through a web checkout (Stripe-backed). Billing always remains on each individual user account; team membership does not transfer payment responsibility.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused time.
You agree not to:
FieldIQ includes AI-powered features (chat, route planning, visit prep, coaching, and similar tools). AI providers may process content you submit to generate responses.
AI output is assistive only: it may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review and validate output before use. AI output does not constitute medical, legal, regulatory, or compliance advice.
You must not enter patient-identifiable or other sensitive information into AI features unless expressly permitted under your organization's policies and any contractual terms between you and NexReach.
You agree not to use AI output as the sole basis for clinical care, legal or regulatory determinations, or compliance decisions; qualified professionals and your organization remain responsible.
NexReach owns the Service, including software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a license to use your data to provide and improve the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexReach shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold NexReach harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
