By using the FieldIQ mobile application and services ("Service") provided by NexReach ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FieldIQ is a field intelligence and CRM tool for medical sales representatives. It includes clinic management, visit tracking, AI-powered insights, route planning, and team collaboration features.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. Trial periods may apply. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

FieldIQ includes AI-powered features (chat, route planning, visit prep, coaching). AI outputs are advisory only and do not constitute professional, medical, or legal advice. You are responsible for your decisions and communications.
NexReach owns the Service, including software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a license to use your data to provide and improve the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexReach shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.
We may modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
