This Privacy Policy describes how NexReach ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the FieldIQ mobile application and related services. FieldIQ is an intelligence platform for Physician Liaisons, healthcare representatives, and care coordinators.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, password (encrypted), company name, website, role, and account type.

Profile Information: We store your clinic type, territories, office address, phone number, and preferences you provide.

Location Data: We collect location data when you add clinics, plan routes, or use map features. This is used to optimize visit planning, directions, and route optimization. When enabled by your team or yourself, we record your GPS location at the moment you start a clinic visit to verify attendance and support productivity insights.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the app, including clinics added, visits scheduled and completed, AI chat interactions, tasks, expenses, and feature usage.

Voice Data: If you use voice-to-text for notes, audio is processed by our service providers to generate transcripts. We do not store raw audio.

Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system, and app version for support and compatibility.

IP Address and Approximate Location: When you use the app, we log your IP address for security and audit purposes. We may derive approximate location (country, city) from your IP to support security monitoring, fraud prevention, and compliance. This information is stored in audit logs.
