What is FieldIQ?

FieldIQ is built for field teams that call on outpatient clinics—liaisons, reps, and care coordinators. It combines clinic and visit management, AI visit prep and liaison coaching, route planning, optional referral tracking, and team collaboration in one app (iOS, Android, and web).

How do I get started?

Join the waitlist on our site or email contact@nexreach.app. Once you have access, download from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), create an account, and complete your profile. You can sign up with email or use Sign in with Apple or Google.

Can I use Face ID or fingerprint to log in?

Yes. After you sign in with email or Google once, you can enable biometric login in the app. On the next visit, use the Face ID or fingerprint button to sign in quickly.

What does FieldIQ cost?

See the App Store or Google Play for current pricing. A free trial is available in the app. Team and volume pricing: contact@nexreach.app.

What AI features does FieldIQ include?

Quick AI talking points when you start a visit, plus full AI Visit Prep (checklist, questions, focus areas) from the sparkles/clinic flow; Assist (questions about your targets and visits); AI route planning (Plan tab, optimized visit order); Liaison Coach (objection handling and scenario practice); and Find Partner Practices (AI-assisted clinic discovery by specialty and territory). AI outputs are advisory only.

Do team members need their own subscription?

Yes — each team member completes their own in-app purchase (Field Rep or View Only) via the App Store or Google Play. The team owner's subscription covers owner-level features like invites, analytics, and team settings — not members' individual access. Billing always stays on each user's own account.

How do I sync my visits to my calendar?

Visit-to-calendar sync is currently disabled while we finish the full experience across scheduling flows. It is planned as a future enhancement.

What are referrals and how do I add one?

Referrals let you track patient referrals from physicians or other sources to your clinics. Open the Referrals tab and tap "+" to add a referral (clinic, patient reference, priority, notes). Team owners see team referrals; individual reps see their own. You can enable or disable referrals in Profile → Preferences.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed. We do not sell your data. Access is restricted and audited. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete Account. Type "DELETE" to confirm. Your data is permanently removed. You can also email support to request deletion.

How do I export my data?

In the app: Profile → Export My Data. You receive a JSON file with your profile, clinics, visits, and activity. This supports GDPR and CCPA rights.

The dashboard shows "Something went wrong"

Tap "Retry" to fetch your data again. If it happens often, check your internet connection and pull down on the dashboard to refresh. If the problem continues, contact support with your device and app version.
